7 Regelungen Submodell Projektmanagement
The regulations of Submodel Project Management (PM) have no impact at all on organizational definitions. The V-Model does not include regulations about how the activities of submodel PM have to be executed in a project by a person or how they are allocated to which organizational units.
Activities of submodel PM refer to the following objects:
- Project
The project-related activities are tasks that, as a rule, are only realized once in a project. They comprise, among other things, the generation of the project order, of the Project Manual, of the Project Plan, and writing the Final Project Report.
- Placement/Procurement
The activities with regard to the placement comprise preparation and realization of placements/procurements as well as supervision that the terms of contract are fulfilled.
- Planning Section
Detailed planning for individual planning sections that have to be specified with regard to the project is realized in the project. If necessary, cost/benefit analyses and phase reviews must be realized within the scope of individual planning sections.
- Periodically Required Activities
Periodically required activities comprise, among others, risk management, project supervision and control, information service, and reporting.
- Job Section
Job sections are the smallest reference points in submodel PM. The level of job sections also includes the definition of work orders, training/instruction, staff training and provisioning the required resources.
