    Handling

    The goal of this activity is to bring the project to completion.

    To do so the project management has to write a Final Project Report which includes a general overview of the course of the project, explains the results achieved and makes a final comparison of the actual status and the Project Plan. The individual Progress Reports, the Project History, and the Project Plan are used as sources of information.

    Explanation

    The evaluation of the Project History serves to establish experience, to localize problem areas for the team and the development, to analyze the effects of deficiencies, to evaluate decisions, etc. Thus, it is possible to gain empirical values and knowledge about the development that should be used in follow-up projects.
