The two processes Management and Infrastructure are covered by the V-Model, submodel PM.

The V-Model does not contain an actual Improvement process; however, this can be achieved by means of process assessments and the resource project history, where results can be derived for the improvement process.

The V-Model includes training and introduction information for staff members and personnel for the Training process.
