Handling
The goal of this activity is the training of project members so they acquire the required knowledge for individual job sections. If the project leader discovers deficiencies in the know-how of the planned staff the corresponding training measures have to be initiated.
Explanation
Training may refer to methods to be applied, tools and programming languages to be used, or the instruction into settling in the System to be developed.
