| 8.5.6.2 Progress Report (ProgR) |
The Progress Report is a report from the contractor to the customer about the state of the project, kept consistent with the Project Plan. This report might contain information
- about the work progress,
- about completed activities and activities yet to be completed, as compared with the planned values,
- about difficulties and innovations in the project, and
- possibly about content and cause of a change in Project Plan data (staff changes, deadlines) and changes with regard to tasks and task delimitations.
