    Handling

    Based on the following criteria, the Assessment Reports have to be evaluated in QA Reporting: QA in a project is frequently embedded in a QM system which the contractor operates for his company. In order to achieve a constant improvement (DIN ISO 9000 ff.) experience must be documented and evaluated beyond a specific project. In particular, the experiences with QA measures have to be summarized. To do this the Final Project Report is best suited (activity PM14 - Project Completion).

    Explanation

    The problems might have the following causes: In submodel PM, the Report Documents (Protocol Progress Report, Final Project Report, Case Report, Memo, Internal Message, Invitation) are used for possible corrective actions and for a Project History.
