• definition of marginal conditions for project organization
• initialization and coordination of the project, possibly coordination of several projects
• initialization of and cooperation in designing the award
• check of and compliance to items of contract
• communication with contractor
• commissioning of cost/benefit analysis and its evaluation
• problem and conflict solution during project planning, project realization, and project completion
• cooperation with QA Manager and CM Manager
• cooperation during phase reviews and during realization of decisions made

Required Know-how and abilities

• knowledge of business administration, but also technical know-how
• experience in project organization
• knowledge of application and application fields of the system
• leadership quality
• ability to organize and delegate
• ability to have a positive outlook on things
