    Handling

    A decision must be made about the change procedure, and the corresponding measures have to be initiated.

    When coming to a decision about the change and when initiating the change, the following roles will participate:

    If none of the proposed solutions is accepted a report has to be written or else a proposal for a solution is selected which will be the basis for a Change Order. This activity is to be coordinated with the PM activity PM4 - Detailed Planning and PM7 - Risk Management

    According to the contractual provisions, the customer is to be involved, if necessary.

    When realizing the changes, the regulations of the V-Model have to be adhered to.
