8.4.3.5 Change Status List (CStat)

All incoming Change Request/Problem Reports will be entered in this list. This list is to give an overview of the number, type, and status of Change Request/Problem Reports, to make the status of changes visible, and to guarantee the tracing of all Change Orders.

The list must comprise:

• identification
  • identification of the project
  • date
  • person in charge

• per Change Request/Problem Report:
  • number of the Change Request/Problem Report
  • number of the corresponding Change Proposal
  • number of the corresponding Change Order
  • number of the corresponding Change Memo
  • identification of the concerned configuration
  • status of the change ("rejected", "intended", "approved", "being processed", "completed").
  • person in charge of the change
  • beginning/end of change process
