Handling

The in-house and SWMM staff must be trained for the work with the installed System. Apart from the introduction with regard to the manuals and the technical documents, typical system sequences (e. g. switching on/booting the System, execution of important functions) must be demonstrated. When doing this, both normal and exceptional conditions have to be taken into consideration.

Explanation

• unpacking the System,
• checking if delivery is complete,
• making manuals and technical documents available,
• setting up and connecting the system parts,
• restocking spare parts and consumer goods,
• step-by-step putting into operation/operation tests of individual components,
• setting up the planned configuration,
• connecting all system parts,
• connection to networks, remote diagnosis, etc.,
• function test of the overall System,
• installation of planned protective measures (e. g. with regard to IT security) and checking their efficiency.
