Handling

To support the introduction of the System, the following measures have to be realized.

* Infrastructure

The realization of all required infrastructure provisions is to be completed.

* Training

The realization of all required training measures is to be completed.

* Staff

The staff required for the application (e. g. system and user support, SWMM staff) has to be chosen and must be made available.

* Organization

The specification of the structure and process organization for the application must be completed, along with the integration of the future job sequences, into the corresponding regulations of the user.

* Transition

All measures required for the transition of the System into utilization must be defined and planned. They include:

transition procedure (data transition, parallel running, interim arrangements, etc.),
responsibilities.

Explanation

The documentation of the measures realized within the scope of the support for introduction is not regulated in the V-Model. If required, separate documents have to be generated on the various subjects (e. g. concept of the infrastructure, training concept, organization concept, transition plan).
