Handling

The assessment planning has to be realized in accordance with the project management. While doing so, the QA Plan specifications must be adhered to.

Furthermore, what must be specified is:

products to be assessed with corresponding qualification requirements of assessors,

activities to be assessed.

The assessment planning must be synchronized with the project development:

Normally, the definition of the objects to be assessed and the tasks and responsibilities for the system assessment are determined immediately after setting up the QA Plan.

At the time of the identification of a Segment or SW Unit/HW Unit in the development process, the objects to be assessed and the tasks and responsibilities for the previously identified unit are determined.

Parallel to planning the corresponding development activities, the time schedule for the assessment on system, segment, or SW/HW unit level is defined.
