    Handling

    It must be defined in the Integration Plan how the elements defined in the System Architecture are to be integrated into the overall System. The strategy to be applied, the measures to be realized, possible restrictions and dependences as well as the required resources and tools must be defined.

    Working on the Integration Plan also yields clues to the Operational Information (User Manual, Diagnosis Manual, Operator Manual, Other Application Information). Information about installation and implementation, system environment and system components are derived from the information about the integration. Thus, the Operational Information has to be updated and on the basis of the present Interface Description as well.

    Notes:

    (1) Method NPT is to be applied if very complex call and integration relations among the functional units have to be taken into consideration which in particular break through the hierarchical top-down or botteom-down relations several times; otherwise method BAR is to be applied.

    (2) Method DTAB is to be applied for the description of complex facts and circumstances.
