Dear Sirs, 

I received the following e-mail:

"I have read the V-Model and would like to confirm 
the following observation:

The V-model describes the lifecycle process upto the transition to
utilization. But the V-model does not cover the utilization period as
such."

Can we state this sentence in a paper?

Are there others lifecycle models which deal with the utilization  phase?
