In order to support the reintroduction of the System, the following measures are required:

Completion of the realization of all required infrastructure measures.
Completion of the realization of all required training measures.
The staff required for the System operation must be made available.
Completion of the specification of installation and execution as well as introduction of future job descriptions into the corresponding customer regulations.
Definition and planning of all measures required for the reintroduction and operation of the System.

The documentation of these measures is not regulated in the V-Model. Depending on the requirements, separate documents like infrastructure concept, training concept, organization concept, transfer plan, etc. have to be generated.
