    2 Brief Characteristics

    This service unit defines the requirements for tools applied to reproduce the V-Model IT-technically on the abstraction levels For the navigation, the activity-product network can be used. In this connection, it is automatically guaranteed that the activities are processed in a consistent sequence sensibly suited to the software development process.

    The remaining tools are made available depending on the context. The products to be further processed with these tools will be made available.

    3 Requirements

    3.1 Requirements for Interfaces

    SWFM01.I.1 Control interface It is possible to exchange control parameters with other tools by means of disclosed documented interfaces.
    SWFM01.I.2 Input interface to SPM03 - Supporting Tender-Relevant Tailoring It is possible to utilize project-specific V-Models entered with SPM03 for the workflow management and to ingrate them from the object management without further transformation.
    SWFM01.I.3 Input interface to SPM04 - Supporting Planning of the Project Realization It is possible to utilize instantiations of activities and resource allocations from the project operations planning entered with SPM04 for the workflow management and to integrate them from the object management without further transformation.

    SWFM01.F.1 Representation
    SWFM01.F.1.1 Overview It is possible to display an overview of all activities and products of the V-Model.
    SWFM01.F.1.2 Position At any time of the project realization it is possible to display the actual position, as compared to the total project realization.
    SWFM01.F.1.3 States It is possible to display which products are in which state.
    SWFM01.F.1.4 Processing progress It is possible to display chapter by chapter the state of the processing progress for all products, in so far as the generation of the chapters is realized in different activities.
    SWFM01.F.2 Project control
    SWFM01.F.2.1 Plan consistency It is possible to check the consistency with the Project Plan and the Assessment Plans.
    SWFM01.F.2.2 Role changes It is possible to change the allocation of roles during the running project.
    SWFM01.F.2.3 Position administration The user-specific position in the total network of all activities and products is administrated.
    SWFM01.F.3 V-Model Support
    SWFM01.F.3.1 Structure It is possible to map the structures of the V-Model and Methods Standard completely and without restrictions.
    SWFM01.F.3.2 User and role It is possible to differentiate between users and roles. The allocation of roles as defined in the V-Model is possible.
    SWFM01.F.3.3 Sequence of activities It is possible to bypass individual activities in the processing sequence according to the V-Model, provided an explicit and automatically documented intervention.
    SWFM01.F.3.4 Model changes It is possible to change the project-specific V-Model during the running project.
    SWFM01.F.3.5 Navigation It is possible to navigate in dependence on the state of the products in the activity and product network.
