    AMI - Quality driven meta process

    Observations

    AMI is a quality driven meta process which focus more on aspects of real-process-evolution than on those of process-model-evolution. AMI is divided into four major steps: MS1 - Define primary goals using for example CMM, MS2 - Derive metrics based on the GQM, MS3 - Implement a measure plan and MS4 - Exploit your measures.
