| Definition/ Uses | Finally, the process is executed within the organization. The PSEE that was generated in the stage above is used to guide or enforce the process. While the process is being executed, it can be monitored by the PSEE such that information regarding the ordering and duration of activities can be tracked. In addition, any departures from the specified process can be collected. Such information can be abstracted and fed back to the first stage of developing the process model. |
